  This was the Star Wars movie that the entire franchised hung on going forward after the varied response to the prequels, and it nailed it. The visuals were stunning, I mean look at the dogfight scene through the Graveyard of Giants on Jakku, and that is only one example. The characters are deeper than lots that we've seen before. Kylo Ren is a deep villain whose motivation is a blurred mix between the strive to live up to his family's prior level of legends and a revolt against the people who had raised. The story may seem a bit close to that of the original Star Wars, but it brings much more new content that the continuing films should be grateful to be held up by going on.

  I have been obsessed with Star Wars since May 4th and since then I have watched episodes 1-7 and watched the entire clone wars series I CANT WAIT FOR THE LAST JEDI JUST GIVE ME THE MOVIE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You should watch Star Wars Rebels! It takes place 15 years after Revenge of the Sith and will end before Rogue One.
