This book was a spectacular one! The story itself was very sad, realistic to say the least, no sugar-coat. It exposes the history beside what happened with the nazis while at the same time making the story very entertaining. I saw the Scholastic videos, and the author took extra measures to feel what Lina was feeling, and that made the story so much better

This book touched my heart deeply. It exposes rawness and tenderness which far and few books can. Mattie could be any of us, someone who doesnt know how to get her feelings out, frustrated. A dilemma that she thinks can never be solved, does, and thats what makes this book such a great read.

I enjoyed this book a lot. It was a cheesy romantic and I enjoyed it a lot. Auden, the main character, gets shipped to her dad's for the summer and her stepmom. Auden; the perfect daughter who never got to experience the real teenage life. Elliot introduces her to a life she could have only dreamed of, and she's just going along with the ride ;)

This was definitely not on of my favorite books by far. Too childish to say the least. However, I know plenty of people who would like it! It reminds me of Diary of a Wimpy Kid and the other graphic comedy chapter books.
