This movie was about a boy named Auggie who had a facial difference. I'm not saying this movie was bad, I just didn't feel they incorporated what made the book good, Auggie struggling with friends. Other disappointments were that I felt Auggie was too young, I don't feel It had the material to compete with Justice League, a film that was released on the same day. Look, I get it was for younger kids but It didn't amuse me as much a JL. My age recommendation would be 7+.

This movie mostly tells about this boy who was homeshooled, and he gets sent to school and everyone makes fun of him. Eventually, he makes a "friend" that made fun of him too. And later on, when Augiee was playing minecraft, Jack asked if he forgave him and he did. They were friends again. And the next day the bully, Julian told Jack that Augiee was a freak. Then he punched Julian in the face. He got sent to the Mr. Tushie's office and he got suspended for 2 days and miss out on the nature preserve, But instead, his parents told him that he wasn't coming back to the school ever. My thoughts about the movie are 1. why the picture inside the science fair box was upside-down and 2. Why and how those other kids came and fought for Augiee and Jack when those 7th graders came.

I think that the movie was great and shows don't judge people by the way you look. I said that because it was very important for this move because there was a lot of judging. And another thing is I don't think a first the parents were aware that the center of attention was august always. And they basically left out via for most of her childhood. Then the dad realized that he was so he spent a little more time with her. And her mom only at the end realized that she was leaving her out. And if the movie didn't end then I think that the mom would spend more time with her. And I would totally recommend this to a friend or a stranger or an adult. I would do that because the movie show what not to do when a kid is with facial defoliates and how bad you can hurt there feelings.

Wonder is about a boy who is ordinary in all aspects besides his face. Everyone is mean to this new kid who looks weird. A couple people act like his friend. Most of the time they talk about him behind his back. After that he finally makes friends and makes everybody happy. People start seeing him for who he is on the inside not the outside. I personally think this was a great movie. It was fun and it taught us a very good life lesson, DON'T JUDGE A BOOK FROM IT'S COVER. I would mostly definitely recommend this book to a friend because it teaches you an important life lesson and it does with a little bit of roasting. YAH! GODHI!

This movie is about a 10-year-old named August, and he was born with a facial deformity. He has been home-schooled by his mother, but now both of his parents think he is ready to start 5th grade. He meets three 5th graders at first, Jack Will, Julian, and Charlotte. Those three kids show Auggie around the school, and we learn that Julian isn't the nicest of kids. August and Jack Will become friends very quickly, and Jack Will is the only person right now that August is friends with, or doesn't make fun of him. Olivia, who is Auggie's sister, has known for most of her life that having a brother with a facial deformity isn't easy. She learns that she isn't the center of attention, or her parents aren't ever worried about her because they are focusing on August. Olivia has a friend named Miranda, who pretended during her summer camp that she was in Olivia's shoes, and she had August as a brother. August quickly realizes that going to school isn't easy and that people might not be who you think they are. This movie shows the reality of someone being born with a facial deformity isn't easy, and the challenges people have to face when they are against that obstacle. I enjoyed this movie very much, as it was very eye-opening as to what someone has to go through when they weren't lucky with their birth. It shows that everyone's life is different and that everyone might be going through something. This movie was very heartfelt and it was a tear jerker. I definitely recommend this movie to kids 9+, but it might be different based on what the parents think is appropriate, as there are scenes that contain drinking and underage drinking, but these scenes are very short and are not glorified. I think this is a very good movie to show to kids that might need to be taught that what you say or do hurts someone's feelings, and that life isn't easy for everyone and the struggles they might go through.

Wonder is a movie about a kid named August who has a deformity on his face. He has been homeschooled for a very long time. He is starting school in the 5th grade. That is how long August has been homeschooled! When he got to school, everyone stared at his face. He was bullied by other people too. Then he made some new friends and started to feel much better about going to school. After that, he became much more popular in his school. I think that this movie is a very great movie because the movie is funny and exciting to watch. I could watch this movie about over hundreds of times over and over again! I would recommend this movie to 4th, 5th, and 6th graders who have read the book already. This movie is fun to watch. I don't think younger kids would understand the point of the movie. But older kids would totally understand the point of the movie. This is my review of the movie, Wonder.

I think that wonder is an amazing movie and book because I like how it gives a message. I think that it could have more relevance to the book, like how in the book August has hearing aids and they didn't have a couple scenes from the book but that is completely OK because it still connected to the book in different ways like how it gave facts from the book like how August had 27 surgeries. I recommend this book and movie to people grades 3-8th grade because I feel like it would work for a age group around that. And before seeing the movie I would read the book just to get some general knowledge about August and his family.

The movie Wonder was an amazing movie it was almost exactly the same as the book. Summary: August Pullman goes to school for the first time (5th grade) and at first he doesn't want to go because how he looks. Later when he is in school he gets bullied and has no friends. Then one person Jack Will steps up and sits by him at lunch and becomes friends. Auggie goes to school on his favorite holiday and over hears Jack. This movie was almost the exact same as the book except Auggie does not get hearing aids like he did in the book. I think anybody over 10 and people that read the book would diffidently love the movie.
