        awesome movie. i love hunting too and this movie really touched my heart. i would do the same thing to get those dogs even if i had to spend my money. very good ending.

          good family movie. And sad but still good. I love how the boy want hunting dogs aka coon dogs. ages all AND THE END IS HAPPY !!!!!!!!!

              I watched this movie after reading the book. Be ready for tears because the story has a sad moment. It was different than the book in some ways but still very enjoyable.
