When his family moves from their home in Berlin to a strange new house in Poland, young Bruno befriends Shmuel, a boy who lives on the other side of the fence where everyone seems to be wearing striped pajamas. Unaware of Shmuel's fate as a Jewish prisoner or the role his own Nazi father plays in his imprisonment, Bruno embarks on a dangerous journey inside the camp's walls.

      It is a very sad movie about 2 boys and it is based in the 1900's when there was a war.

        I think that these movie is very good but it is very sad I would love to watches it again at the end ever one got in shower and the shower was fire !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

            this movie makes me cry and i've watched this movie about a million times and still wouldn't stop crying.

              I watched this movie a couple of months ago and it was so sad. It was almost too sad! I do not recommend this movie.

                This is a great movie. I do not recommend this movie for children under 9 because they probably won't understand it and it is very sad.
