Weeeeel... the Force is a mustic power mainly used to move things with your mind. But when you think about it, it can actually be used to see the past or future. For example, when Yoda meditates, he can send his mind through the ages. Or when Rey had the flashback, we saw her as a young child. So technically, the Force and being phsyicic are essentially the same thing.
