Jumanji (1995)
When siblings Judy and Peter discover an enchanted board game that opens the door to a magical world, they unwittingly invite Alan -- an adult who's been trapped inside the game for 26 years -- into their living room. Alan's only hope for freedom is to finish the game, which proves risky as all three find themselves running from giant rhinoceroses, evil monkeys and other terrifying creatures.

My parents recommended this movie and I loved it. It was so exciting and fun and imaginative. A great movie if you like adventure.

Alan parish when he is a kid finds a strange jungle themed board game called Jumanji near his fathers shoe company. but when he plays it all the horrible things that happen in the game come out in real life and then he gets suck inside the board game. 21 years later some other kids find the game and play it and Alan gets sucked out of the board game all of them have to finish the game to conceal the horrible things that come out
This movie was okay. But I like the newer ones better, my favorite is Jumanji: The Next Level.
